1. Using Sabitok

You must use the Services lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. You are responsible for the text you submit and for reviewing any generated reply before you choose to use or send it. Do not use Sabitok to create or share unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity through your account. Keep your account information accurate and let us know if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You may delete your account in the app by going to Account › Delete account.

3. AI-Generated Replies

Sabitok uses AI services, including Claude by Anthropic, to help generate or rephrase replies based on text you choose to submit. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. It is provided as a suggestion, not as professional advice or a guarantee of any particular outcome. You decide whether to use it.

4. Credits and iPhone Purchases

Credits are used for eligible reply-generation and rewrite requests. The app displays the applicable credit use. Credit availability and features may vary by account or offer.

iPhone purchases are one-time purchases processed through Apple. They do not renew automatically. Apple's terms and purchase, payment, and refund processes apply to transactions made through Apple. For purchase support, you can also contact [email protected].

5. Your Content and Privacy

You retain responsibility for content you submit. Chat history, saved replies, and custom styles are stored with your account; you may delete items in the app where available or delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Sabitok available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the Services, or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sabitok is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
